We carry out professional and confidential psychological evaluations required in immigration processes. These reports may be requested for legal procedures, applications for residency, asylum, or other immigration-related processes. Our goal is to provide you with respectful and humane support, ensuring that your evaluation meets the necessary standards and clearly reflects your emotional situation.
This is how we work
Option 1 (preferred by lawyers)
This option does NOT include psychotherapy, only psychological evaluation.
Report delivery time: | Four (4) weeks from the first session. (We will do our best to have it as soon as possible) |
|---|---|
What are you going to receive? | Comprehensive psychological report of 7 to 8 pages. It will be sent directly to you and your lawyer by email. |
Total cost of the evaluation: | Between $2,435.00 (dollars) and $2,760.00 (dollars) |
How will you make the payments? | A payment of $1,217.50 (dollars) is required 24 hours before the first session we schedule. The remaining balance of $1,217.50 (dollars) must be paid before the report begins to be written (this occurs before the third session) and the first draft of the report is delivered to you or your attorney. |
Our hourly value is $325.00 (dollars). We will make any reasonable changes requested by the lawyer and then deliver the final signed version to you.
*You will need to show ID for the first session and ID to collect the report.
Option 2 (special cases):
This option only includes psychotherapy (ask your legal team if it is only option 1).
How many sessions should you attend?: | You will attend a minimum of 10-12 sessions. In this case you will pay $294.00 (dollars) per session, once a week. Payment must be made 24 hours before each session we schedule. |
|---|---|
Process duration time: | This process takes at least 3 months, so you should discuss your deadlines with your attorney. |
What document will you receive? | We will write (at no extra cost) one (1) letter one (1) page mentioning the length of time you have been in treatment, your diagnosis, and the elements that your attorney should consider appropriate. |
*If your attorney requests a report with exams, then in addition to therapy, we will use option 1 above, and you only pay for your therapy without the extra page letter.
*We suggest that you always consult your attorney first and give us permission to be in contact with him or her.
